I was talking about Dumb and Dumber last night, like you do, and I was defending it as my favorite comedy of all time. I referenced this scene. Most people remember and quote the end of this clip but I think the funnier part is in the exchange just before it.
Harry: His head fell off.
Lloyd: His head fell off?
Harry: Yeah, he was pretty old.
